advised the Kodiak Island Borough that it currently
has an unencumbered balance of $18,262., and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Lions has requested funding
for preliminary engineering and design of Birch Street, Cove
Drive, and Beach Drive under the Local Service Roads and Trails
program:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough authorizes and allocates $18,262 to be used for prelim-
inary engineering and design of Birch Street, Cove Drive, and
Beach Drive within the City of Port Lions.
