A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
it BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING
THE HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMING POOL
REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, monies have been appropriated by the Borough
Assembly to construct the High School swimming pool replacment, and,
WHEREAS, the bid documents were properly prepared and ad-
vertised according to code, and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bidder has been determined
to be RING, HARNESS S OIEN INC. of Anchorage, Alaska.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that the contract for the construction of the High School
swimming pool replacement (KIB Project No. 202) be awarded to:
King, Harness E. Oien Inc.
