1982-19 Authorizing The Acceptance Of A Design Contract For The Assembly Chambers.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THE ASSEMBLY CHAMBERS.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly has budgeted funds for
remodeling the Assembly Chambers, and
WHEREAS, CTA Architects Engineers have submitted a proposal to
evaluate and make recommendations remodeling the Assembly Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the Borough Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute a contract with
CTA Architects Engineers to prepare plans and specifications to remodel the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Chambers in an amount not to exceed $14,578.00.
