1980-53 Assurance Relative To Preapplication For Community Development Block Grant.GRANT.
WHEREAS, This body wishes to submit a preapplication to the U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant to fund one or more
eligible activities under the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant
Program.
AND WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide assurance that adequate citizen
participation, as provided by, CFR Title 24, Part 570, Paragraph 570.431 has
taken place.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT assurance be made of citizen participation require-
ments having taken place prior to the submission of the preapplication and
that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to HUD in the appropriate manner.
