RESOLUTION NO. 80- 51-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH AUTHORIZING GRAVEL SALE OF LESS THAN $1,000.00 IN VALUE.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
authorize the Borough Manager to execute a contract for the
sale of gravel to P -K Contractors in the amount of 1,500 cubic
yards of gravel for a unit price of $.50 per cubic yard. The
contract shall include a performance bond and require the
contractor to conform to all provisions of Title 18 of the
Municipal Code and all other applicable provisions of law.
