KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. 80 -45 -R
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150
sets forth the manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate
a person to act as Manager during the absence or disability of the
appointed Manager,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
resolves to designate Gary D. Smith, Facilities Coordinator, as
'Acting Manager during the absence or disability of the duly
appointed Manager.
