A RESOLUTION PLACING ON THE BALLOT AT THE NEXT REGULAR ELECTION
THE QUESTION OF ASSUMPTION BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, IN THE AREA OUT-
SIDE OF CITIES, THE POWERS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE HARBORS, WHARVES AND OTHER
MARINE FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves:
Section 1. There shall be placed on the ballot at the next
regular election the following proposition:
Shall the Kodiak Island Borough assume, in the area
outside of Cities, the powers necessary to provide
harbors, wharves and other marine facilities?
