1980-39 States Tax Due Dates And Delinquent Dates For The 1980 Supplemental Real And Personal Property Taxes Due In 1980.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR THE 1980
SUPPLEMENTAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE IN 1980.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N of
the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island Borough
provides that all duties imposed on the Assessor with respect to
the annual assessment roll and all provisions of this sub - chapter
relating to assessment roll, shall as far as applicable, apply to
supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub -
Chapter One, Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
are not applicable to the Supplemental Real and Personal Property
Tax Roll,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1980 Supplemental.
Real and Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are
hereby established as follows:
First Half Installment Due October 1, 1980
First Half Delinquent October 15, 1980
Second Half Installment Due November 15, 1980
Second Half Delinquent December 1, 1980
