1980-23 Designating The Borough Assessor Or His Successor To Proceed Under AS 29.10.369-540 to Enforce The Lien Of Taxes Against Real Property.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH DESIGNATING THE BOROUGH
ASSESSOR OR HIS SUCCESSOR TO PROCEED UNDER AS 29.10.369 -540 TO ENFORCE THE LIEN
OF TAXES AGAINST REAL PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Section 1. The Borough Assessor, or his successor as designated,
pursuant to AS 29.10.459, to prepare a roll in duplicate of all real property
subject to foreclosure for delinquent taxes.
Section 2. The roll or all real property subject to foreclosure
for delinquent taxes shall list the name of each person appearing in the
I latest Tax Roll as the owner of tax delinquent property, a description of each
property as it appears on the latest Tax Roll, the year or years for which
taxes are delinquent, the amount of delinquent taxes for each year and penalty
and interest on that amount, accruing the day six (6) months after the date of
delinquency of taxes of the latest year. The Borough Clerk shall endorse on
the Roll, a certificate under her hand and the corporate seal, that it is a
true and correct Roll of the delinquent taxes for the Borough for the years
shown. The Roll shall be known as a Foreclosure List of the Borough for the
year in which it is made up, and the original of it shall be filed with the
Borough Clerk and remain open to inspection by the public.
I ' Section 3. The Roll of all real
property subject to foreclosure
for delinquent taxes shall be prepared on or before June 6, 1980.
