i WHEREAS, Project No. G -11304 has been completed, with
the exception of guardrail work which will be accomplished under
!I the next construction project, and

A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH REQUESTING THE
UTILIZATION AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
REMAINING SEGMENTS OF SAWMILL CIRCLE AND LAKEVIEW DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the State Department of Transportation and
Public Facilities has advised that Kodiak Island Borough has at
present an allocation of $151,216.00 of which $49,759.00 has been

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly authorizes and allocates $151,216.00 for use in

WHEREAS, the Local Service Roads and Trails 3 -year Con-
construction of Sawmill Circle and Lakeview Drive as follows:
Sawmill Circle Sta 22 +72 to Sta 29 +17
Lakeview Drive Sta 32 +56 to Sta 43 +41.
