A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION OF TRACT G -A, U.S. SURVEY
NO. 1396 INTO THREE LOTS, LOTS G -2, G -3, AND G -4 (Rolland A. •
Jones).
YHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes:
[WHEREAS, the final plat for the subdivision of Tract G -A
of U. S. Survey No 1396 into three lots, Lots G -2, G -3, and G -4,
has been presented for approval by Mr. Rolland A. Jones; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted
final approval of said final plat on April 16, 1930, subject to
the following conditions:
1) That the bearings along Larch Street and the given deflection
angles be brought into agreement;
2) That the subdivision boundary be surveyed by a registered
land surveyor, and a certificate of survey be included with
the plat;
3) That the legal description include sufficient information to
survey each lot independently, without reference to another
plat.
N047 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
!Borough Assembly grant final approval to the final plat presented
by Mr. Rolland A. Jones, subject to the following conditions:
L) That the bearings along Larch Street and the given deflection
angles be brought into agreement;
2) That the subdivision boundary be surveyed by a registered
land surveyor, and a certificate of survey be included with
the plat;
3) That the legal description include sufficient information to
survey each lot independently, without reference to another
plat;
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces on
the same plat are hereby accepted.
