Par ticipation in the
Alaska Public Employees Retirement System for its eligible employees through
agreement with the State of Alaska; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Mental Health Center is considered an
entity of the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to
Provide the same
participation in the Alaska Public Employees' Retirement System for the
eligible employees of the Kodiak Island Mental Health C ent e r by amending the
original agreement with the State of Alaska; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE KODIAK
