A. RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A BOROUGH OFFICER AS ACTING MANAGER SIRING
THE DULY DESIGNATES MANAGER'S ABSENCE OR DISABILITY
W[ IEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150 sets forth the
manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate a person to act as
Manager during the absence or disability of the duly appointed Manager.
WHEREAS, Mr. Hovanec is leaving for a period of three weeks for
vacation it is necessary to appoint an acting temporary manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island 3orough designates Mr. Arnold
Hansen as the acting temporary manager.
