RESOLUTION NO. 80 -3 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY VACATING AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION 79 -60 -R, AND RELATED MATERIAL, PERTAINING TO OFFERING
FOR LEASE OF PARCEL P -1, TRACT A, BELLS FLATS ALASKA SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, it appears that further consideration relating to price,
area, and other terms and conditions, is advisable prior to disposition of the
property described in Resolution No. 79 -60 -R, and,
WHEREAS, the Assembly wishing to consider inclusion of said
property as part of a more general land sale program,
NOW THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves:
1. Kodiak Island Borough Resolution No. 79 -60 -R
and related material published 14 and 21 Decem-
ber 1979 as "Ten Year Industrial Lease Offer-
ing", is hereby vacated and repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of Januar , 1980 by the Assembly
of the Kodiak Island Borough.
