A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TRANSFERRING
1, FUNDS FROM PLANNING FUND RAW REVENUE ACCOUNT TO THE GENERAL FUND
COASTAL ZONE

LI WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough is required under the Alaska Stable
..Coastal Zone Management Act of prepare a district Coastal Zone Management Plan.
And;

WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly directed the administration to submit
il an application for garnt funds to cover plan preparation in August 1979. And; I
WHEREAS, the Borough received a time extension for completion and
l approval of this plan by June 30, 1981. And;
i 1:: WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly finds the local cash contribution re-
I,quired for preparation of this plan is fifty thousand (50,000) dollars.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
:,that twenty five thousand ($25,000) dollars is hereby transferred from the gen -��
Feral fund raw fish tax revenue account to the general fund coastal zone manage -

i .1ment plan account, to cover costs through June 30, 1980. And;
1' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly will
' 1 1 appropriate an additional twenty -five thousand ($25,000) dollars for completion
of this plan in the Borough's fiscal 1980 -81 operating budget.
