RESOLUTION NO. 79 -66 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY APPROVING THE
FINAL SUBDIVISION OF LOT 21, BLOCK 1, MONASHKA BAY SUBDIVISION INTO TWO LOTS.
(Mr. Bill and Gus Yovino)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which shall provide for the acceptance of all
streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes.
And;
WHEREAS, the final plat was presented for aoproval by Mr. Bill and
Gus Yovino. And;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted final approval
of said final plat on November 21, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembl .
grant final approval to the final plat presented by Mr. Bill and Gus Yovino, an
that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces on the same plat are
hereby accepted.
