A RESOLUTION RELATING TO RETAINER OF BOROUGH GENERAL COUNSEL.
NOW THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves:
1. The Law,Offices of Richard W. Garnett, [II are retained as
general counsel for the Borough in accordance with the provisions of the
''accompanying memorandum dated November 19, 1979, from Mr. Garnett.
