1979-53 Authorizing A Three-Year Local Service Roads And Trails Program For Kodiak Island Borough, 1980-1982.A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A THREE -YEAR LOCAL SERVICE ROADS AND TRAILS
PROGRAM FOR KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, 1980 -1982.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to continue to participate
in the Local Service Roads and Trails Program as established by the State Le-

gislature; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska requires the Kodiak Island Borough sub-
mit a three -year construction program prior to any State participation; and,
WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough staff has prepared such a program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the Kodiak Island Borough report entitled "Local Service Roads and Trails
Construction Program 1980 - 1982" be the Borough's official road construction
program and authorized the Borough Mayor to sign project agreements with the
State of Alaska for the accomplishment of these projects on behalf of the
citizens of Kodiak Island Borough.
