A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING I
THE FINAL SUBDIVISION OF LOT 8, RUSSIAN CREEK ALASKA SUBDIVISION INTO TWO LOTS
(John Lindsey).

WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to public pur- 1
poses. And;
WHEREAS, the final plat was presented for approval by John Lindsey.
And;

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted final approval of
said final plat on September 19, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
grant final approval to the final plat presented by John Lindsey, and that all
streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces on the same plat are hereby
accepted.
