RESOLUTION NO. 79 -51 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING
THE FINAL SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, KILLARNEY HILLS SUBDIVISION, INTO I
TWO LOTS. (Alan Beardsley)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other open dedicated to public
purposes. And;
WHEREAS, the final plat was presented for approval by Mr. Alan
Beardsley. And;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted final approval
of said final plat on September 19, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly;
grant final approval to the final plat presented by Mr. Alan Beardsley, and
that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces on the same plat
are hereby accepted.
