AS ACTING MANAGER RESOLUTION
MANAGER'S ADMINISTRATIVE
OR
,DISABILITY.
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150
[sets forth the manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate
a person to act as Manager during the absence or disability of the
appointed Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
resolves to designate Gary L. Hdvanec, Borough Engineer, as
Acting Manager during the absence or disability of the duly
[appointed Manager.
