RESOLUTION NO. 79 -42 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLANa
'BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR THE 1979
ORIGINAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE IN 1979.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N of
the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island Borough
provides that all duties imposed on the Assessor with respect to
the annual assessment roll and all provisions of this sub - chapter
relating to assessment roll, shall as far as applicable, apply to
original rolls, and,
i'. WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter
One, Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions are not
applicable to the Original Real and Personal Property Tax Roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thee the 1979 Original Real
Hand Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are hereby
;established as follows:
First Half Installment Due
First Half Delinquent
Second Half Installment Due
Second Half Delinquent
