1979-40 Approving The Final Plat For The Vacation And Replatting Of Block 1, Alderwood Townhouse Subdivision. (National Bank of Alaska)WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the accep-
tance of all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes. And,
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by the
National Bank of Alaska. And,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of
(said final plat on July 18, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
:Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by the National Bank of
Alaska, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
:the same plat are hereby accepted.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all conditions and restrictions
l set forth in Kodiak Island Borough Resolution 77- 28 -R(A) are hereby adopted and
incorporated into this resolution as though fully set forth herein.
