A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR THE 1979
i;SUPPLEMENTAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE IN 1979.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N of
ithe Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island Borough
provides that all duties imposed on the Assessor with respect to
the annual assessment roll and all provisions of this sub -ch pter
„relating to assessment roll, shall as far as applicable, apply to
i supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter
i .One, Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions are not
applicable to the Supplemental Real and Personal Property Tax RoLI,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1979 Supplemental
Real and Personal Property Tax Due and Ielinquent Dates are
established as follows:
First Half Installment Due
First Half Delinquent
Second Half Installment Due
Second Half Delinquent
