A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHOR-
NG LEASING OFFICE SPACE FOR THE STATE LEGISLATIVE INFORMATION
FFICE /TELECONFERENCING SITE
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly endorses the
eed for a State Legislative Information and Teleconferencing site
ocated in Kodiak, and,
WHEREAS, the Assembly has provided space and support fac -j
'lities for the teleconferencing operations during FY 1979, 1

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
ssembly does authorize and lease 178 square feet of space in the 1

odiak Island Borough Office Building, otherwise known as Room 315,

p eing adjacent to and a part of Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
(Chambers complex.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this space is for broad com- I
N unity benefit and considered a part of the common area of the
I'Codiak Island Borough Office Building. Therefore, the State of
(Alaska shall be requested to pay rent in the amount of Eighty Cents
'(804) Per Square Foot to be paid monthly for the fiscal year 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution of intent
hall be annually renewable; however, for the purpose of this
esolution, use of the facilities shall not extend beyond July 1,
980, or until such time as the resolution of intent has been
enewed by the Kodiak Island Borough Asssembly.
