SECOND ADDITION.
I 1 WHEREAS, a revised final plat establishing a public use easement
I across Lot 1, Block 3, Mountain View Subdivision has been presented for appro-
val by Mr. Ronald Doubt. And;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission following a Public Hear-
ing has recommended the plat be approved. And;
WHEREAS, the Commission found the revised final plat presented by
Mr. Doubt on March 22 and dated February 1979 is consistent with the require-
ments of Title 16, of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordin-
ances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by resolution, which resolution shall provide for the accept-
ance of all streets, alleys, easements, and other open space dedications to
public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly 1
grant approval to the final plat presented by Mr. Ronald Doubt, and that all
streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the plat are hereby
accepted.
AN FUTHER RESOLVED that a note is to be placed on the plat to
