A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
TO THE OVERALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMITTEE BY -LAW
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Overall Economic
Committee, after reviewing the committee by -laws,
WHEREAS, the Overall Economic Development Plan Committee unanimously
voted to request that Article II, Section 8, of the committee by -laws be

(deleted in it's entirety, and;
i i be amended to provide "an executive committee of at least three (3) members ",
land;
([ committee, the Chairman should have the option of requesting an executive
Ii conmittee of more than three (3) members.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
WHEREAS, the Assembly finds that with the increased membership of the
WHEREAS, the committee recommends that Article IV (officers) Section F
;(that the Assembly hereby affirms the following revisions to the Kodiak Island
,Borough Overall Economic Development Plan Committee By -laws as follows:

1. Deletion of the provisions of Article II (voting) paragraph "B"
in it's entirety.
2. Amendment by addition in Article IV, Section F (officers) to
provide "an executive committee of at least three (3) members ".
