A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
APPROVING THE PLAT FOR CITY OF KODIAK TIDELAND TRACT NO. N -37.
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
shall be approved by the Borough
Resolution shall provide for the
alleys, and easements, and other
purposes, and,
Island Borough
provides that a final plat
Assembly by Resolution, which
acceptances of all streets,
open spaces dedicated to Public
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval
by the CITY OF KODIAK, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and
Zoning Commission granted
approval on said final plat on March 19, 1979,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
the CITY OF KODIAK as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklunl,
Registered Land Surveyor, and that all streets, alleys, easements,
and other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
