RESOLUTION N0. 79 -19 -R
AND THE
ASSEMBLY
VISION (Born /Furin).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordin-
ances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution hsall provide for the accept-
ances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by ART BORS
and GREGORY FURIN, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval on said
final plat on January 17, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly'
grant approval to the final plat presented by ART BORS and GREGORY FURIN as
shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, and
that all streets, alleys easements, and other open spaces shown
plat are hereby accepted subject to the following conditions:
That a temporary turn - around be provided on Lot 16, Block 2
adjacent to Malutin Lane, as indicated on the proposed final plat
date January 19, 1978, drawn by Mr. Roy A. Ecklund, Registered
Land Surveyor, Kodiak, Alaska.
2. That the applicanted relocate the 48" manhole to a new location,
to be designated by the City of Kodiak, and that the applicants
bare all costs associated with the relocation and removal
sewer line within the vacated roadway.
3. That the applicants block off each end of the 4"
vacated roadway at their own expense, and to the
