A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REQUEST -
ING THE UTILIZATION AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR PROJECT G- 11304,
i THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAWMILL CIRCLE /LAKEVIEW DRIVE
l i WHEREAS, the State Department of Transportation and Public
Facilities has advised that Kodiak Island Borough has at present
Jan allocation of $291,352.50 of which $163,066.00 has been author-
ized for use in the construction of the Sawmill Circle /Lakeview
[Drive Project No. G- 11304, and,
WHEREAS, the remaining unauthorized funds in the amount of
( $128,286.50 are hereby authorized to be applied to the Sawmill
( !Circle /Lakeview Drive project by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly

WHEREAS, the Local Service Roads and Trails 3 -year Con -
s traction Program and priorities for fiscal years 1978 through 79
and 1979 through 80 are hereby amended to reflect the above author -:
