A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING THE
RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 10, BLOCK 4, MONASHKA BAY ALASKA SUBDIVISION. ( KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances
and Resolutions provides that a vacation of utility easement shall be approved
by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces
dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision has been presented for approval by the Kodiak
Island Borough, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of said
resubdivision on January 17, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
grant approval to the resubdivision presented by the Kodiak Island Borough
as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
dated December 21, 1978, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other
open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
