A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING THE
RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, BLOCK 1, MONASHKA BAY ALASKA SUBDIVISION. ( KODIAK
,iISLAND BOROUGH)

WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances
1 land Resolutions provides that a vacation of utility easement shall be approved
1 1 by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedi-
ilcated to public purposes, and
If WHEREAS, the requested resubdivision has been presented for approval by
��the Kodiak Island Borough, and
I j WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of said
iresubdivision on January 77, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
grant approval to the resubdivision presented by the Kodiak Island Borough
as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
i Hated December 21, 1978, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other
open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
