A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A BOROUGH ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
AS ACTING MANAGER DURING THE DULY DESIGNATED MANAGER'S ABSENCE
OR DISABILITY
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150 sets
forth the manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate
a person to act as Manager during the absence or disability of
the duly appointed Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves
to designate Shirley (Mickie) Miller, Clerk /Treasurer, as Acting
Manager during the absence or disability of the duly appointed
;Manager.
