APPROVING THE FINAL RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, BELLS FLATS
I ALASKA SUBDIVISION, INTO TWO (2) LOTS, LOTS lA AND 1B, CONTAIN-
'' ING 1.223 ACRES (Rittenhouse 8 Morris).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.150 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be
approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, ease-
ments, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by
David R. Rittenhouse and Alton G. Morris, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval''
of said final plat on December 20, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by David R.
Rittenhouse and Alton G. Morris, as shown on the plat prepared by
Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, dated October 13, 1978,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That a ten (10) foot utility easement be provided
along each side of the lot line common to proposed
lots lA and 1B,
2. That a ten (10) foot utility easement be provided
along the lot lines common to Lot 2, Block 4, Bells
Flats Alaska Subdivision,
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces
shown on the same plat are hereby. accepted.
