A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OK THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF TRACT "A ", U.S.S.
2537B AND U.S.S'. 562, LOT 39, BLOCK 2, ERSKINE SUBDIVISION AND
A PORTION OF LOT 30, BLOCK 1, KODIAK TOWNSITE SUBDIVISION AND
REPLAT TO TRACT A -1, U.S.S. 25373 AND U.S.S. 562. (Sunset
Development Company)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code
of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be
approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and
easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by 1
SUNSET DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval,
of said final plat on December 20, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
Sunset Development Company, and that all streets, alleys, easements,
and other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted..
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of January , 1979.
