A RESOLUTION PLACING BEFORE THE VOTERS THE QUESTION OF
WHETHER SALES TAXES MAY BE LEVIED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH

BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly:
Section 1. There shall be placed before the qualified voters
of the Kodiak Island Borough, at a special election
to be held the following proposition:
Shall the Kodiak Island Borough be authorized to
levy sales taxes in the manner provided by law?
