A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGHi
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT 16 A, U. S.
SURVEY 3099. (Glenn Dick)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provided that a final plat shall .
be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and
easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes,
and,

RESOLUTION NO. 78 -56 -R
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval
by GLENN DICK, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission seated as a platting
board denied the request for subdivision, and
a il WHEREAS, on appeal the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
it was seated as a platting board, and
WHEREAS, the platting board's decision was appealed to
the Kodiak Island Borough seated as a platting board,
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly, on appeal from the
platting board, granted approval of said final plat on July 6, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
GLENN DICK as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1978 and that all
streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the
same plat are hereby accepted.
