RESOLUTION NUMBER 78 -52 -R
A RESOLUTION OF BOROUGH /ANCSA LAND PROBLEMS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak Island
Borough, with the understanding that Borough TA'd lands are not
subject to village selection and all vi ages having selected
said lands will withdraw the selecti% , favors the Alaska
Peninsula - Afognak Land Exchange, .s well as the exchange of
Monashka Watershed (Ouzinkie Sr action) for substitute lands on
Afognak Island, provided an Koniag or native village land
deficiency is absorbed by oniag and the native villages without
further impact on the -lec'en of lands by the Kodiak Island
Borough within the b• n:a; "s of the Kodiak Island Borough.
