RESOLUTION NO. 78 -47 -R
A RESOULUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 5A AND 58, to
LOTS 5C AND 5D, U:S. SURVEY NO. 3099 (DENNIS MURRAY, EXECUTOR,
PETE VENNAS ESTATE).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted
.pproval of said final plat on June 26, 1978.
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
:orough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
Bennis Murray, Executor, as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A.
cklund, Registered Land Surveyor, and that all streets, alleys,
- asements, and other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby
ccepted.
