A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR THE RELOCATION
SITE OF THE VILLAGE OF KARLUK, ALASKA (KARLUK VILLAGE COUNCIL,
MR. DAVID WASELIE, CHAIRMAN).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys I 'i l
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat was presented for approval by
the Karluk Village Council, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted
final approval of said final plat on May 22, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant final approval to the final plat presented
by the Karluk Village Council, and that all streets, alleys,
easements, and other open spaces on the same plat are hereby
accepted.
