ING E FINAL (CRAIG AIOISAND) REPLAT OF LOTS 27A AND
WHEREAS, . Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets,
alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public
purposes, and approval
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for app
by Mr. Craig Bishop, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted
approval of said final plat on April 19, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly finds it is necessary to
retain a pedestrian walkway access easement within this sub-
division.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant final approval to the plat presented by
Mr. Craig Bishop vacating the access road easement and Lots 27A
and 27B of U. 5. Survey No. 3098 and replatting same as Lot 27,
subject to revising the plat to reflect a 10 -foot walkway ease
ment within the property adjacent to the lot line common to Lots
26B and 26C, U. S. Survey 3098, and that all streets, alleys,
easements, and other open spaces shown on the same plat are
hereby accepted.
