A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ACKNOW-
LEDGING THE EFFORTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF RADIO STATION KMXT.
WHEREAS, the radio station KMXT broadcasts all Kodiak Is-
land Borough Assembly meetings as well as the meetings of the
Kodiak Island Borough School Board, Planning and Zoning Commission
and Joint Forum; and
WHEREAS, this is a positive effort to provide open local
government and to increase citizen interest and involvement in
local government; and
WHEREAS, KMXT provides many public services to the residents
of the Kodiak Island Borough; and
WHEREAS, radio station KMXT needs additional funds for this
program year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly supports the efforts of KMXT to raise funds for their
needs.
