RESOLUTION NUMBER 78 -19 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ACCEPTING
A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FROM THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough has received notice from
the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development approving
an application for a Community Development Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough desires to accept the
same and make full use of this grant;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Stuart 0. Denslow, Borough
Manager, or his successor in office, be authorized and instructed
to take the necessary action to obtain payment of said federal
grant for and in behalf of the Kodiak Island Borough.
