A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE
NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
WHEREAS, Chapter 2 of the Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions has established those positions
authorized to sign negotiable instruments, and
WHEREAS, individuals holding those positions
change periodically, and such change having occurred,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
individuals are hereby authorized to sign checks and
negotiable contracts for the Kodiak Island Borough:
C. Ross Wood, Borough Chairman
Norma L. Holt, Borough Clerk /Treasurer
Charles A. Powell, Presiding Officer, Borough
