1973-34 Approving Tideland Tracts 16A, 16B, And 16C, Mildred Muller'Borough Clerk
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
Mildred Muller has presented for approval her final plat of
Tideland Tracts 16A, 16B and 16C, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 17th of
October, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by Mildred Muller, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor (August 17, 1973), and that all streets,
alleys, easements and other open spaces shown on said plat be
and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the
same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1st day of November, 1973.
