A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE NORTH CHINIAK SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and the Borough Land Department has presented
for approval its final plat of the North Chiniak Subdivision and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on 19th day of
September, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented
by the Borough Land Department, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, ( ) and that all
streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces shown on said
plat be and the same hereby dedicated to public purposes and
the same are hereby accepted.
