WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 19th day
of September, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
ARGO /BARANOF CORPORATION of a vacation of Lots 31 and 32 within
Block 1, Airpark Subdivision, and replatting of the same into
Lot 31A, prepared`by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
and as shown and contained in Drawing dated May 26, 1973, and
that all streets alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown
on said plat be and hereby dedicated to public purposes, the
same hereby accepted.
