RESOLUTION NUMBER 73 -24 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT TO
THE CITY OF KODIAK FOR UTILITIES INSTALLATION ALONG PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE BOROUGH LOCATED WITHIN U. S. SURVEY 3511.
WHEREAS, the City of Kodiak has requested a
thirty foot easement along the back side of school property
d esignated as Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, of U. S. Survey 3511.
1 WHEREAS, said easement will be used for the
installation of a sewer collector line to serve the property
contiguous property owners,
WHEREAS, said use has been determined to be
in the best interest of the Community,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this request
is hereby granted for the purpose of utility installation.
