A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND A BOROUGH H CODE ROF� ORDINANCES RAND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE BRECKBURG, BENTLEY, STRIGGA, AND KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH VACATION OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20, AND 21, WITHIN
BLOCK 7, LEITE ADDITION, AND REPLATTING THE SAME INTO LOTS 5A,
58, 6A, AND 7A
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, HENRY BRECKBURG, LARRY BENTLEY, EUGENA STRIGGA,
and the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, have presented for approval their
final plat of the vacation of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20, and 21
within Block 7, Leite Addition, and replatting of the same into
Lots 5A, 58, 6A, and 7A, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 11th day
of July, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
LARRY BENTLEY, HENRY BRECKBURG, EUGENA STRIGGA and the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH of a vacation of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20, and 21,
within Block 7, Leite Addition, and replatting of the same into
Lots SA, 58, 6A, and 7A, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered
;Land Surveyor, and as shown and contained in Drawing dated
.June 5, 1973, and that all streets alleys, easements, and other
;open spaces shown on said plat be and the are hereby dedicated
to public purposes,

the same are hereby accepted.
