RESOLUTION NUMBER 73 -21 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RATIFYING
THE REPLAT OF LOT 25, U.S. SURVEY 3471, AND CREATING TWO
LOTS, KNOWN AS PORTION OF LOT 25, U. S. SURVEY 3471.
WHEREAS, THE OWNER OF LOT 25, U. S. Survey 3471,
MR. CLAYTON B. PARKER, Subdivided said lot without going through
the necessary Planning and Zoning procedures, and
WHEREAS, after review the Commission determined that
public necessity and good zoning practices required the
rezoning in order to comply with the Comprehensive Plan,
and,
WHEREAS, after said review a rezoning was requested
of the Borough Assembly, no objection were voiced from the
surrounding property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ratify the replat of Lot 25, U. S. Survey
3471, designated as Plat #70 -5, Serial Number 70 -810 and
as recorded in the Third Judicial District, Kodiak, signed
by John D. Keegan, C.E.T. P.W. Engineering, Naval Station,
Kodiak Alaska.
